Java: Concretely define list data types

When Java binding APIs take a list... we are currently use list of Objects and should be more specific.
ex: List

This is not a general problem in the java bindings, but rather a CDK specific issue. We us Object only in specific places in the CDK L1s where arrays can accept a union type, which doesn't exist in Java.
