This commit resolves the change in behavior for the `has("gui_running")` check
introduced after v0.10.2, which now only verifies if a real GUI (not a TUI) is
running.

This commit resolves the change in behavior for the `has("gui_running")` check
introduced after v0.10.2, which now only verifies if a real GUI (not a TUI) is
running.
