This PR fixes the following:
programs.dotnet.devof home-manager option.NET releases a new LSP version every few years.
This repository does not install the C#-related LSP by default.
Therefore, we should not incur the cost of following these updates.
(dotnet7 was already not usable with csharpls.)
If you still need .NET support, copy dotnet/default.nix to your own configuration.
