Transfer rosnodejs NPM package to RethinkRobotics-opensource/rosjs

After multiple discussions (#37 and RethinkRobotics-opensource/rosnodejs#7), I will be transferring the rosnodejs NPM package to the RethinkRobotics-opensource/rosjs project.

@chris-smith or @IanTheEngineer can you let me know when you're ready for me to transfer and to whom?

Hi @baalexander - sorry to be a little late getting back to you. We should be good for the transfer - I'll take over control of the NPM package - I just created an account.

@chris-smith I added you as an owner of the NPM package. Not sure the steps to change the NPM module to point to the Rethink repo, but you should have the admin access to do it. If you don't mind, I'd like to remain an owner of the NPM package until everything is fully transitioned.

Thanks! I believe I just need to publish to npm and that should handle it... @IanTheEngineer and I are planning to update the packages this week and then start pushing things out/documenting more - I think we'll publish to npm at that point too.

I have no problem leaving you as an owner for the time being.
