No documentation/releases for standalone version

We use babel-minify in a browser, and previously depended on babel-standalone to provide babili.min.js. The last available release is here, now well out of date: https://github.com/babel/babel-standalone/releases
This version has bugs that are blocking us so we need to update, but I can't find any equivalent to get a standalone version of babel-minify that is up-to-date. I can't even find any documentation on how we could build an equivalent ourselves.

Ideally standalone releases of babel-minify as there used to be for babili, but failing that, at least some documentation on how to build or get a standalone version.

The babel-standalone package is now called @babel/standalone.

I got that far. I still have no leads on how to build the equivalent of babili.min.js.

OK, looks like a good lead, but how do you use it? I dropped it in place of babili.min.js but now babel can't find the preset "minify". It looks like it exports a function babelMinify but I can't find any documentation anywhere on how to use it. It all seems to be an undocumented mystery, hence adding some guides around this might be useful!

Also if I call babelMinify("function test() {}") I get Uncaught SyntaxError: Identifier 'Buffer' has already been declared

Alright, think I figured something out, if you take that script and insert this line in the right place:
module.exports.minifyPreset = babelPresetMinify;
you can just use the minify preset with another standalone copy of babel.

That script also can't itself be minified (same error about 'Buffer' being declared) so it looks like a broken build.

There are some efforts for babel-minify-standalone in #679 - and I don't know what has changed since then. If anyone wants to pick that and continue, it'd be awesome.
