babel-types documentation?

Since we moved out the documentation from babel/babel (babel/babel#8108), if we want to move babel-types in the website repo we'll need to get the source somehow (because of the definition file).

Some ideas:

• Download the source via the API and run the generation script
• Maintain it by hand?
• Stop maintaining it and point to the definition file/source
