[BUG] No way to end a plannotator review session without killing the Pi agent

When I run /plannotator-review https://github.com/bar/foo/pull/123, the review UI opens and works fine. The problem is, once I'm done reviewing, I can't figure out how to close the review session and get back to normal agent interaction.

What happens:

1. Run /plannotator-review
2. Review opens, I can approve/deny/annotate as expected
3. After I'm done, there's no obvious "exit" or "done" action
4. The only way I've found to move on is to kill the entire Pi agent session

Not sure if this is:

• A missing UI affordance (e.g. a "Close review" button)
• Something I'm just not seeing in the docs
• A limitation in how Pi agent handles the review lifecycle

Either way, happy to help with a fix if someone can point me in the right direction.

Yes, there's a limitation because Pi does not do background processes. There's a much bigger lift here if we wanted to enable proper backgrounding - this is nice because it will never block the main thread (how other agents work).

For now:

The proper UX fix is to add an exit button that just kills the process. Otherwise, users are forced to send annotations or hit an approval button.

If you have time, supporting the ability to just close out with an exit button next to approve would be nice. At least show if there's no annotations. In fact, you can probably replace the send feedback button if there are no annotations - if there are annotations, it would flip. If not, I'm happy to get this in by the end of the week.
