Effect V4 experiments

Hi!

I've been looking at durable-effect for a while now, and I wanted to play with it this week. Unfortunately, the Effect team decided for me that I was going to play with the V4 betas 😅. So I'm trying a migration of your work to Effect V4 in a fork to test things out.

Please let me know if you want me to make a draft PR so we can collaborate on this.

Hey, I plan on migrating to V4 in the next few weeks. I will probably change up API design, Service Provider interface and some other things. I would suggest waiting for this work to be complete first.
