"I don't transform into a car, but I will scan your entire codebase in seconds." — KITT
Spec-driven development pipeline with pluggable task managers, VCS, and design tools. One entry point: /orchestrate.
# Install (once per machine)
git clone https://github.com/bacleclement/kitt.git ~/.claude/kitt
# In your project
/setup # config wizard — scans repo, writes kitt.json + context files
/orchestrate # start workingNew team member? Same commands — /setup detects existing config and switches to join mode.
Update: git -C ~/.claude/kitt pull
/orchestrate detects what you're working on and routes to the right skill:
/orchestrate
├─ A) Existing ticket
│ ├─ Epic → /refine → /align → /build-plan → /implement → /code-review → /finish-development
│ ├─ Feature L → /refine → /align → /build-plan → /implement → /code-review → /finish-development
│ ├─ Feature M → /build-plan → /implement → /code-review → /finish-development
│ ├─ Feature S → /implement → /code-review → /finish-development
│ ├─ Bug → /debug or /implement → /code-review → /finish-development
│ └─ QA → /qa-frontend or /qa-backend → publish
├─ B) New work (describe it or /brainstorm first)
├─ C) Continue in-progress work
└─ D) Revise a completed feature (QA defect, incident, review)
→ /revise → classify root cause → update artifacts → /capture-rule lessons
Before routing: asks branch vs. worktree, detects scope (multi-app), reads ticket from task manager.
After completion: /session-review for analytics (tokens, feedback, skill effectiveness, actionable findings).

Two context files per project + per-scope agent docs:
.claude/
├── CLAUDE.md # Entry point, hard rules
├── context/
│ ├── product.md # Domain: business rules, users, vocabulary
│ └── code-standards.md # Tech: baseline stack, naming, architecture, testing
└── config/kitt.json # scopes, task manager, VCS, build commands
# Agents live colocated in the codebase — kitt.json maps them:
apps/api/services/network/AGENT.md # NestJS + hexagonal + DDD + network domain
apps/front/admin/AGENT.md # React + MUI + admin patterns
product.md→ domain knowledge (always loaded)code-standards.md→ tech baseline + conventions (always loaded, includes what was formerlytech-stack.md)- Agents → per-scope deep expertise (tech + domain), loaded via
kitt.json.scopes

"api-network": {

}"*" = always loaded. Named scopes = loaded when active. No scopes = auto-discover **/agents/.
Two feedback paths, both funneling into /capture-rule:
- Mid-implementation: corrections during
/implement→ captured as rules + appended to spec + noted in plan. Specs stay in sync with decisions. - Post-completion: QA defects, incidents, reviewer comments →
/orchestrateoption D →/revise→ classifies root cause (8 categories), updates artifacts in place (append-only), captures systemic lessons. Tracked inworkspace/{key}/revisions/.
Four capture-rule destinations: feature-level spec, scope AGENT.md, code-standards.md, product.md. Plus a skill-diff mode for updating kitt skills themselves when they're the root cause.
/session-summarize produces a cached narrative {key}-summary.md (timeline, feedback log, friction/smooth points).
/session-review reads the summary + raw session log to compute precise metrics (time, tokens, costs) and classify findings into 5 actionable categories: kitt-skill, context-stale, spec-quality, skill-gap, process-waste.
/code-review runs before every PR. 5 dimensions: spec compliance, architecture, standards, agent docs, quality. Outputs verdict: PASS / BLOCKED.
Sequential (default, one task at a time) or subagent (parallel within phases, checkpoint between).
