Make erlang_vm.schema optional [JIRA: RIAK-2630]

I would like to know if it's possible to disable the erlang_vm.schema from being generated for my app.conf, I would prefer to use my own vm_args settings from advanced.config and avoid to have all the erlang_vm.schema generation in myapp.conf.
