Add configurable option for mochiweb_socket_server backlog #1033
Description
The default listen(2) backlog size for mochiweb_socket_server.erl is 128, but it might not always be sufficient. Adding a CS config knob to add at {backlog, non_neg_integer()} option to the options list for mochiweb_http:start/1 would be a good thing.
