It's [hardcoded](https://github.com/basho/riak_cs/blob/9290fa5d79e1e218ca2ca0bb19ef9043dacad957/src/riak_cs_wm_error_handler.erl#L43) now - for more visibility, and maybe applicable to user audit logging?
