Initialize
AGENTS.mdand update all Node.js dependencies to provide agent guidance and keep the project current.Major dependency upgrades required significant refactoring of ESLint configuration (migrated to flat config), TypeScript
tsconfig, and Jest tests/mocks to maintain compatibility. Some packages were intentionally kept on their latest CommonJS-compatible versions to avoid a broader ESM migration at this time.
