Resurrect Sphinx documentation #37
Description
I wasn't aware (or I had forgotten) that PySoundCard has Sphinx documentation in docs/.
We should keep this updated and eventually publish it on http://readthedocs.org.
Therefore, we should change README.md back to README.rst.
We should remove the branch gh-pages from the repository, because readthedocs is a much superior way to publish our docs.
