- depth filter happens once per each panel region - subsetted depths are passed into subsequent steps - add option to turn on or off storage of depths
- remove underscore to allow process-specific storage - store synonymous sample panels to common folder
- final bug fix of the mutrate script: sample mut rate storing of proper columns
