Describe the bug

Constantan has duplicating recipes in the IE alloy kiln, it results in the expected default 2 IE ingots and seems to be missing from the techopolis alloy kiln completely.

Steps to reproduce

Description is self explanatory.

Expected behaviour

I'd expect the advanced alloy kiln to have previous tier recipes.

After a closer look the techopolis alloy kiln seems to be missing recipes for invar and electrum as well, not sure if intentional or missed but throwing it out there just in case.
