Describe the bug

I up dated me pack from 3-5.0.zip (alpha) but when I went to the nether it was just a void

Steps to reproduce

bild a world in 3-5.0 alpha. dont go to the nether then up data to the latest pack then go to the nether iin the world that you build a base then go to the nether

Expected behaviour

you will fall in to the void

Could you provide some more details please. The nether does not exist in TECH 3 so I'm not sure what the problem is your seeing and would like to help.
