Add ability for a template provider to specify metadata special character

When values are pluralized or singularlized or have naming standards translated a special character is used to denote the version.

IE: FieldName?CapCamel?singular

Where the '?' should be able to be configured per provider so that it can be ensured that it is always a valid character int the template identifier
