Install and relaunch for tv builds #3
Description
There's a bug of install and relaunch for tv builds. Currently I reopen the b2g for tv builds to simulate live reload. Recover it to install and relaunch once the bug fixed. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1192112 .
