Create a bucket of issues for newcomers @ C++Now

Some thought here -- some of which were discussed in the evaluation phase.

• build a plug-in to discourse for blog responses
• work on documentation
  • of a library like optional using the features of docusauris

Let me explain more on documentation - because I'm going to say this during the first session in Aspen and in my keynote. One of the biggest problems c++ has as a language in my view is documentation -- it basically starts and ends at cppreference (all volunteer btw) and maybe a couple of authors trying to write books after the standard is published. It doesn't/hasn't scaled well - we need many more participants. Compared to languages like Java, Rust and Python our docs are subpar - by a lot. I believe Beman has an opportunity (challenge) to change this going forward. Since we're about building solid things for future standards we should push documentation to the next level.
