Implement "Source" of Songs

Following https://blog.church.tools/blog/app-v0-60-beitraege-abonnieren-quellen-im-ablaufplan/ "Quelle" = "Source" is available as additional attribute.
At Present SongBeamerQS this information is represented by SongCategory / Number prefix for most ChurchTools Songs on elkw1610.krz.tools

This issue is used to check that all required API changes are implemented and "source" can be used with the API.

• make songsource masterdata available
• Source/Number is stored in SongArrangements
• Add API call to add new Sources -> NOT implemented because missing IN REST API
• create / run cleanup function to generate"source / number" from "category/nnn title" to

Arrangement entries have 2 additional keys now:

"sourceName": "ULB",
"sourceReference": "999",

sourceName is a dropdown in WEB UI but not available as part of
api/event/masterdata endpoint -> reported as CT support case 135796
