i got an error trying to start the model:
$bentoml serve
2025-07-23T12:47:18+0200 [INFO] [cli] Loading service from default location 'service.py'

Error: [serve] serve failed: Environment variable 'HF_TOKEN' is required but not set. Either set it in the environment or provide a default value in the service definition.
What went wrong?
Did I miss something in the manual?
Help would be great.
