Architecture –
Send Slack message before writing to spreadsheet, and capture the message ID
Store the message ID as a note on the student record
When the email dispatch script runs, grab the message ID and post a reply in the thread

Original Feature Request:
When the emails get sent, is there a chance we could also mark the messages in slack somehow? like suppose there’s a student whose request was not auto-approved. then when it gets manually approved and the email gets sent out, as well as it saying “xyz emails got sent out”, could it also go to that student’s request thread and either react to it or add something in the thread saying “email sent” or something?
