Add support for units? style methods

For example, degrees? would return true if the receiver is degrees and false if it's radians.

Should m/s return true for both meters? and seconds?

The simple case is implemented, but the details still need to be worked out.

If the value is meters(2) and the query is meters?, does it return true or false?
