When a new filter is created, it's appended as a new entry to the end of the filter list. Currently, it's not really possible to reorder the list entries.
afaik, the only way to reorder the list is by manually removing and re-adding entries to the list in the right order. This is a very tedious workaround, especially is the filter list has many entries.
Therefore, it would be a big improvement if list entries could be reordered in a more user friendly, intuitive way. (For example, by long-pressing on an entry + dragging it to a different list position)
