Summary

  • refresh specs around the new runtime memory model and config-driven pipeline, plus add detailed flow docs and README overview
  • implement runtime memory handling in the recompilation pipeline, runtime, and sample modules/assets reflecting the new memory image flow
  • add tests, plans, and docs describing the hypothetical static recompilation and verification process plus relevant sample data
