[Feature Request] Monospace tag support in ePub parser

I'm trying to read some more technical books on my Xteink X4, but I've so far had to convert them to XTC to preserve the monospace sections used for code, output, variables, etc.

It would be great if Papyrix could support monospace block (<pre>) and inline (<code>, <tt>, <kbd>, <samp>) tags for ePubs (as well as HTML, I guess).

@andersmilton Added in 1.20.0, but we do not have monospace font, just show like italic.

Ok, thanks! Is a monospace font something that could be added later or is it too much for the little machine?
