CRLF line endings prevent running on linux/osx

I thought this was something npm handles, but it's not, and the only work around is to use \n, as mentioned in nodejs/node-v0.x-archive#4310

If you'd like I can make a PR that switches the line endings, but it's best to prevent conflicts if you do it.

I'd love to fix, but I have no way to verify it. Isn't there a way to use .gitattributes to handle this?

I don't think so, because a published npm package doesn't use git.

Ok, I just noticed that nodebug's been getting quite a few downloads lately (~30 per week), and found mention of this exact issue on StackOverflow, so I took a crack at fixing the line endings blindly since I'm unable to test on any OS except Windows.

I published a new version to npm which includes this fix and the last couple pull requests. Can you please npm update and see if it now works for you on Linux/OSX?
