Comment function for each page

Would be nice to have comments, but not critical, if not we should have a footer telling people to use the Issues

As said, ideal would be to be able to separate questions from issues, and display them both, with the questions as in a normal blog post, but ideally also with something that shows that there are issues with a page.

Maybe one can add a template to each page that lightens up if there are issues filed other than comments?
