Add encryption layer #10
Description
The layer should encrypt outgoing messages and decrypt incoming messages. Encryption keys should be asynchronous and have to be retrieved before communication begins. Either hardcoded, exchanged as part of connection initialization or retrieved on another way (eg. Via https request on a webserver).
