Don't have the ability to test this right now, but perhaps this is better placed within the existing android build doc.

Created a guide to be able to build and install the Bitcoin Core QML APKs on an Android device using WSL2 and Ubuntu 22.04
Please review and let me know if there's anything missing and if you think it would be helpful to add to the docs so that others building using WSL will have some reference?
