Atomic swap deferred, set timeout instead of removing

When an atomic swap is deferred, instead of retrying with a timeout the exchange, now it ends the transaction and does not retry the swap.

We need to consider the scenario where retrieving the exchange, although as the ratio exchange changes fast, maybe that is not a good idea.
