I just added the bdk-cli 3.0 release. I got the ACK from @reez so I'm merging now but @notmandatory feel free to let me know if you'd like to add anything! |

@notmandatory since it was released in April I left it for the Q2 update, but I can see how adding it here would potentially be useful too since people reading it could benefit from knowing it was indeed released just a few weeks later. Want me to add it or leave it for Q2? |
