Improvements Coinbase integration

• Fix styling for dark mode in tx details
• Show exchange rate on the Withdraw view for total amount
• Show warning on the Withdraw view that Coinbase will charge you a fee based on our estimate of the network transaction fees. (See https://help.coinbase.com/en/coinbase/trading-and-funding/pricing-and-fees/fees)
• Handle error when token was revoked
