Issues with latest headers

when we change headers, we need to make sure, that the include-fixed headers from gcc are at the same level. As else some new functions might not be found in the build stage or are not defined. Mostly configure finds the new stuff and adds the corresponding HAVE_ in the config files. But then the build fails.
