7.23.5 Support?

Hi,

I was trying to use this widget in on of my projects build on Mx Modeler 7.23.5 version and I see that the Trigger on Browser tab refresh or close is not working.

What browser are you using? Not all browsers all javascript to be executed when refreshing or closing a tab. And some only execute JS when you close a tab and not when you close the whole browser.

Hi Jelle, I was testing it on Chrome browser - Version 75.0.3770.142 (Official Build) (64-bit). So we cant use this widget as a universal implementation? For my requirement I would have to make this solution compatible across cross-platforms.

The widget should function in all browsers when users navigate away from the current page by using buttons or menu items on the page. So you can use the widget to avoid having to define a "close page" microflow on each button visible on the page.

Functionality on refresh/closing of tabs does not work reliably in all browsers. I think for a cross-platform solution for that the Beacon API could be implemented, but I'm nut sure that works with the Mx client API out of the box.
