Description
How did you set up your database? Clearly, when I set up my database(e.g. uniref90), it is divided into 00\01\02,however, the blast program only recognize it as a whole, totally unbelivable!
Then the sspro4 program in your file is unusable, it cannot function with correct virsion of blastpgp.
The readme guideline is out of details, get people out of nowhere.
Anyway, don't trust this program!!!!
