Feature Request: include everything required to view documentation while offline #450
Description
When viewing topics.html while offline, the following errors occur:

Failed to load resource https://bdsc.webapps.blackberry.com/html5/webroot/js/pageload.min.js
Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined topics.html:750
Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined nav.js:47
Offline viewing is my primary reason for using these docs and the errors above are a bit of a show stopper.
