Greetings, I'm Blake

SRE/CloudOps Engineer | Network Engineer | Go Developer

I’m a Site Reliability and CloudOps Engineer with a strong foundation in cloud networking, automation, and security. In my full-time role, I'm passionate about building the future of healthcare by designing and developing highly scalable and resilient infrastructure.

I build observable platforms using Infrastructure-as-Code and am currently expanding my toolkit by leveraging Go to create performant, concurrent systems that allow teams to ship faster with confidence. I’m especially interested in roles that bridge Site Reliability and Network Engineering—where I can design secure, high‑performance networks, automate cloud infrastructure, and build monitoring that prevents incidents before they happen.

  • Systems Administration: Deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Linux and Windows server environments.
  • Network Engineering: Routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.
  • Cloud Networking: AWS VPCs, Azure VNets, hybrid cloud connectivity, and load balancing.
  • Network Security: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Zero Trust, and secure network design.
  • Automation & Scripting: Go, Bash, PowerShell, and Python for infrastructure and system automation.
