Migrate the Ketarin project to .NET 6 to modernize the codebase and improve compatibility.
This PR updates the project to target
net6.0-windowsand converts the.csprojto SDK-style. It introduces several compatibility layers (e.g.,HttpCompatibility,WebCompatibility,XmlRpcCompatibility,DatabaseMigrationHelper,MenuCompatibility) to replace deprecated .NET Framework APIs and ensure smooth transition and continued functionality.
