Pull Request Description
While testing #4693 I noticed we aren't persisting the recipe values that were entered and the user can't re-enter them when resuming. This adds support for saving the parameter values to the session and re-adds them to the chat context and activity buttons when resuming a session.
NOTE: This will move to the backend when we refactor recipes. Adding quick front end support for now to fix the missing functionality of the current resume session/recipe implementation.
