Summary

• Align thread-panel message rows with the main conversation layout: matching avatar sizing, tighter name/body spacing, and text-column alignment.
• Keep direct thread comments unindented while preserving indentation for explicit nested replies.
• Align expanded reply summaries and guide lines with the message text column.

Test plan

• node --test desktop/src/features/messages/lib/threadPanel.test.mjs
• Pre-commit/pre-push hooks passed during commit/push: desktop check/build, Tauri check/fmt, mobile check/test, Rust fmt/clippy/tests, web check/build.
• CLI smoke was attempted, but local relay smoke is blocked because Docker services for Redis/Typesense are not available in this shell.
