Description and Related Issue(s)

Bump up the following packages:

  • next
  • es-toolkit
  • typescript
  • typescript-eslint
  • swagger-ui-react
  • @stylistic/eslint-plugin

Checklist for PR author

  • I have tested these changes locally.
  • I added tests to cover any new functionality, following this guide
