Feature Request - Reposition reference image

It would be nice to be able to reposition reference images. Currently, they're stuck at the top of the canvas. On large collaborative canvases, this greatly limits their usage. 

I might look into adding this feature myself and opening a PR. I might forget though, so if you're reading this and it's been a while, feel free to give me a nudge.
