I've committed on github and sent a pull request for AnyEvent::RabbitMQ to support AMQP 0.9 features. I also updated Net::AMQP recently; that's in CPAN now.
Here are the RabbitFoot changes that correspond. They are minor. The test suite probably needs enhancement, to cover more cases relating to on_return and on_ack.
