BinaryFormatter Serialization enabled in Bonsai.ML.LinearDynamicalSystems.Test 

Given the [issue with Python.Net](https://github.com/pythonnet/pythonnet/issues/2282) relying on binary formatter serialization, it is currently necessary to enable this unsafe feature in the Bonsai.ML.LinearDynamicalSystems.Test for running on versions of .NET >= 8.0. When this issue gets resolved, it should be possible to remove this from the project.
