Consider managing python environments within bonsai #35
Description
It would be nice if bonsai users could manage the python environment within bonsai itself, rather than having to manage it seperately. One possible solution would be to use a similar approach to the virtual environment creation script currently in use by the ReceptiveFieldSimpleCell test here.
