This PR extends support for dynamic modules. These are python scripts which can be loaded on-demand to run specific tasks, and unloaded at a later point.
The PR also adds full support for the
Get,Set,ExecandEvaloperators on both dynamic modules and the main singleton module created on runtime initialization.
