This change seems correct as it fixes the compilation error in the official tutorial at https://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_77_0/libs/graph_parallel/doc/html/distributed_adjacency_list.html (tried using Boost 1.77.0)

parallel::mpi::bsp_process_group does not exist anymore but is still mentioned in docs.
