This pull request adds a dnf distro-sync command to the build script, which appears to be a necessary step copied from another location. The change itself is correct. I've added one comment regarding the efficiency of running multiple dnf commands within the same RUN block. While it's a minor point, combining them could improve build times. Given that a larger refactoring is planned, this might be addressed as part of that effort.
